This hotel is 20 - 25 minutes on foot from the centre which meant it had free parking on site. Use the longer tunnel on the main road for access to the centre as it is busy and well lit. There is probably public transport as the hotel is just off the main road. The breakfast was better than other Ibis. Budget hotels but that was reflected in the higher price charged for it. There are a number of restaurants on the road from the main station which will serve an evening meal until 9 pm. The reception closed at 9.30 and the night check in machine wasn't working. We knew this in advance as the Hotel had sent a message a couple of days earlier.

Booked the room using Booking.com rather than using my Accor membership as the price was cheaper. Usual standard of Ibis budget, Car park was reasonably full, however plenty of space for customers. Hotel is not surrounded by food outlets as it is on the edge of the city and a 15 to 20 minute walked away from the centre. Local food outlets are thin on the ground - pizzeria next door, KFC about 1km away. Unable to check in online, but reception was open and the staff were very friendly & efficient.

The rooms were compact and well designed, with the washbasin in the bedroom, whilst the shower unit and toilet were in the bathroom (saving space). The double bed was comfortable with rectangular (not square) pillows. The reception staff was helpful. We had three rooms, nicely located next to each other. It was quiet and parking was easy. Breakfast was very with a choice of teas/coffees/fruit juice, with pastries, cereals and (coloured) hard-boiled eggs, cheese and ham.

The staff were very friendly and informative, they have anticipated our wish to have two interconnected/next to each other rooms. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The parking is sufficient and open, so a higher vehicle could park comfortably. The location next to a gas station is not the best, but it didn't bother us since we stayed just for 1 night on our way home. Overall very good value for the price!

The room was good enough, quiet, good temperature. The room was clear and room service kept it tidy and well stocked with towels. A bit weird that the wash basin was outside the bathroom, next to the bed.

Great value for money and excellent service . I wasn’t looking for pretty or super central so expected less for what I ended up getting. The hotel and rooms are basic but have everything you need ( great AC!). The hotel sits next to a busy street, gas station and grocery store, but no street noise can be heard from the room. Breakfast is an extra €10 p.p.p.d. And offered a pretty decent buffet. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk along a busy street to the station and center of town . What really stood out was the helpful staff in the hotel. The front desk went out of their way to help us with questions and services.

Fantastic value for money. Super comfy bed. Immaculately clean. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Instant hot water, shower was amazing, strong and hot. Loads of good quality immaculate towels

this hotel is located at very convenient place near the Augsburg city center. surper market Netto and gas station which equiped automatic car wash machine are beside the hotel. if you need, you can wash your car at the autowash station. the room is very silent which equiped soundproof window.

Free parking, uncomplicated check-in. Clean room. It was quiet. Pretty good place to sleep there. The value for the money ratio for Germany is pretty good. There is 24h open gas station with good shop for drinks, snacks etc.

As expected of an Ibis, clean, bright room, and hotel easy to find. The bar and restaurant looked good, but I did not use them. Outside of the city, but lots in the immediate area, and close to the main routes in and out of the town. Good coffee machine in the foyer
